Lavish bashes rentals LLC

By booking or renting equipment from Lavish Bashes Rentals LLC (“the Company”), the customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions

1.Reservation & payment

  • A signed rental agreement and a non-refundable security deposit are required to reserve your event equipment.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 2 days before the scheduled event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Bookings made within 2 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.
  • No rental items will be delivered or released until payment has been received in full.

2.Security deposit

  • A non-refundable security deposit will be required for rental items.
  • A deposit of 15% is due upon signing the rental agreement that will go toward your rental fees
  • Rental items requiring excessive cleaning, missing, late or returned with damages will be subject to additional rental charges

3.Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery and pickup services are available for an additional fee unless otherwise included.
  • The customer must ensure that someone 18 years or older is present at the scheduled delivery and pickup times.
  • Delivery and pickup times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • The delivery area must be safe, clean, and easily accessible.

4.Customer responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Inspect all rental items upon delivery.
  • Notify the Company immediately of any issues before using the items.
  • Protect rental items from theft, vandalism, weather, fire, and misuse.
  • Keep all rental items in a secure location while in their possession.
  • Return all items clean and in the same condition received, excluding normal wear and tear.

5.Damage, loss & theft

The customer assumes full responsibility for all rented items from the time of delivery until pickup or return

The customer agrees to pay for:

  • Damaged items
  • Missing items
  • Stolen items
  • Items beyond repair
  • Repair or replacement costs at current market value

Normal wear and tear is expected and will not result in additional charges.

6.Weather policy

Outdoor events are the customer’s responsibility.

Rental items should never be exposed to:

  • Heavy rain
  • High winds
  • Flooding
  • Fire
  • Extreme weather conditions

The Company reserves the right to refuse delivery if weather conditions create an unsafe environment.

7.Cancellation policy

  • The reservation deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before event date and will forfeit the security deposit
  • No refunds will be issued for unused rental items after delivery.

8. changes to reservations

You may request add or remove rental item(s) from your order, or cancel your entire order, according to the cancellation policy, but items are subject to availability and cancellation fees will apply

The Company cannot guarantee inventory changes made within 2 days of the scheduled event.

9. setup & breakdown

If setup and breakdown services are included:

  • The customer must ensure the event space is accessible at the scheduled times.
  • Delays caused by venue restrictions or customer availability may result in additional labor fees.

10. liability

Lavish Bashes Rentals LLC is not responsible for:

  • Injuries resulting from misuse of rental equipment
  • Damage to property caused by improper use
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Event interruptions outside of our reasonable control

The customer assumes all responsibility for the proper and safe use of rented equipment.

11. Force majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Power outages
  • Labor disputes
  • Transportation delays
  • Acts of God

12. Photography

The Company may photograph rental setups before, during, or after events for promotional purposes unless the Customer provides written notice requesting otherwise before the event date.

13. Cleaning

Rental items should be free of food, decorations, tape, wax, glitter, paint, adhesives, or excessive dirt upon return.

Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleaning is required.

14. Acceptance

By placing a reservation, signing a rental agreement, or making payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you have questions about these Terms and Conditions, contact us:
